We are a Fraser Valley based, non-profit, charitable, organization dedicated to creating inclusive employment opportunities for disabled individuals through our social enterprise — Tommy’s Choice Dog Cookies. ‌

Our Mission: Bridging the gap between education and employment for individuals with disabilities by providing skills and training for meaningful work. ‌With an emphasis on supporting youth as they transition from the education system.

Our Vision: Building an inclusive, professional work environment that promotes emotional well-being, employability, and a sense of purpose. ‌

Our Values: Paying it Forward. In addition to creating a more inclusive community, Team Ryder believes that everyone who needs a Guide or Service Dog should have the opportunity to be matched with one. Partial proceeds from our cookie sales are donated to BC & Alberta Guide Dogs to support their puppy training program and help make this a reality.
